Revenue engine and RevOps
I find where your revenue engine is stalling, agree with you on what good looks like, and build the fix myself. Forecasting, pipeline, attribution, activity, reporting, integrations and commissions, inside the HubSpot you already pay for.

Jonathan Snavely
HubSpot Gold Solutions Partner. On HubSpot since 2015.
Three feeds, one report. Pipeline, attribution and activity are what every leadership dashboard runs on. If one is off, so is the number.
What I hear on first calls
I work with leadership teams who struggle with accurate forecasting, have been disappointed by outside help, and are tired of chasing their team on lead and deal statuses.
In their own words.Said by real leaders on real first calls.
Frustrated by a forecast that's really a guess.
Nothing we have helps with forecasting.
And every board meeting starts with a number nobody can defend.
Disappointed by outside help that didn't stick.
Our current agency is less than stellar.
You paid for a setup, and you're still waiting on results.
Tired of chasing the team for updates.
Few next steps, tons of aging conversations.
So you chase reps for status instead of reading it in HubSpot.
What I fix
Most revenue problems show up in the forecast but start somewhere else. A stage nobody defined. A lead source nobody captured. A call nobody logged. A sync that broke. I work on the whole wheel, so the fix in one place doesn't break another.
A forecast your gut agrees with.
One version of the number.
Credit both teams agree on.
Logging that doesn't depend on the rep.
Routing that gets the right rep on it fast.
Native first. Custom when native falls short.
From a simple split to complex allocation.
A portal people trust and use.
What evaluations find
Every engagement starts with an evaluation. These came from recent ones, shared with client names removed.

How it works
Walk me through what's happening behind the scenes. You'll leave with a straight answer, even if it's that you don't need me.
A fixed-fee assessment of your portal, process and data. Findings in plain English, ranked by what they cost you.
I build the fixes myself, on the HubSpot tier you already pay for. Most fixes are configuration, not new tools.
Monthly support if you want it, so the engine stays tuned as your team and process change.
In their words
“…we’ve rolled out a suite of critical dashboards that move us from ‘tracking’ to ‘predicting’.”
“Rather than assume anything about how we'd built things, he made sure to ask for clarity with a simple "was this intentional?" and talked it through with us instead of guessing.”
“Our organization needed help with an existing HubSpot instance and Jonathan was able to successfully take over the HubSpot Admin responsibilities and help us with all of our needs.”
Questions leaders ask
Ask me anything on the call, too.

Answers from the person who does the work.
Usually not. Most of the forecasting, reporting and routing fixes I find run on the Professional tier you already own. I'll tell you if a feature you need truly requires Enterprise.
Maybe. I look at what your team actually uses, seat by seat and hub by hub, and tell you what you can drop before the renewal date.
Yes, if the source is captured from the first touch and carried onto the deal. Most portals I see track source on contacts but not on deals, and miss offline sources like events and referrals. Fix that, and you can report won revenue by source instead of arguing about lead counts.
Mostly by making it so they don't have to. Email and calendar sync, call logging and sequences capture most activity on their own. Then I keep required fields to the few a manager actually uses, so the CRM sees the work without slowing the rep down.
I start with what's native or in the HubSpot marketplace, because it's cheaper to own. When that falls short, I build it with custom workflow code, API connections and webhooks that move only the data you need. Either way, I map which system owns each field first, so the sync doesn't overwrite good data.
I start from one I've built many times, then fit it to your stages, exit criteria and close-rate math. A dashboard nobody trusts is just another dashboard taking up space.
Yes. I start with an evaluation of what's been built, keep what works, and fix the rest myself. No handoff to a junior team.
The intro call is free. Assessments are a fixed fee. Builds are scoped to your portal after the assessment, and ongoing support is monthly. I don't sell hours.
Me. I'm the evaluator, the strategist and the builder, so the person who finds the problem is the person who fixes it.
Thirty minutes. Walk me through your forecast, your pipeline and what isn't syncing. You'll leave with a straight answer.
