The small pin that keeps the wheel on.
I run The Lunse from an office in the woods behind our house in Hershey, PA, on the edge of Pennsylvania Dutch country.
Lünse is the old-world word for linchpin, from the Pennsylvania Dutch spoken in these hills for generations. It's the small pin that keeps a wagon wheel on its axle. Nobody notices it until it's missing, and then nothing moves. That's the job. Most HubSpot portals I'm called into are on their second or third try. I make the next one the one that works, and I stay to keep it running.
