In their words
“Jonathan saved me lots of time, energy, and errors customizing HubSpot to meet our needs.”
“Rather than assume anything about how we'd built things, he made sure to ask for clarity with a simple "was this intentional?" and talked it through with us instead of guessing.”
“Our organization needed help with an existing HubSpot instance and Jonathan was able to successfully take over the HubSpot Admin responsibilities and help us with all of our needs.”

Answers from the person who does the work.

The free call is for deciding if we should work together. The strategy hour is work: We open your portal and solve one specific thing.
No. You share your screen and drive while I guide. If it's easier for me to look around first, you can give me partner access, which never uses one of your paid seats. It isn't required.
Yes. Bring whoever owns the problem. It usually helps to have the person who built it and the person who uses it.
No. It's an hour of work on your problem. If what you need is bigger than an hour, I'll say so, and you decide what happens next.
No. The strategy hour stands on its own. You're paying for an hour of work, not a pitch.
Then I'll scope it in writing, with a fixed fee, before anything starts. Implementation and onboarding start at $3,000.
Sixty minutes in your portal with someone who's been inside 85 of them. You'll leave with an answer and your next steps.
